At Herberton Leisure, we believe in only the highest standards of physical fitness training and have been a leading facility since 2008. Our staff members at Herberton Leisure are actively enriching the lives of our members and creating a community of likeminded people who love being healthy and strong. Herberton Leisure membership includes a weekly schedule of over 50 classes for every fitness fan. Whether you want to dial up the intensity or take a more relaxed approach, work your arms or core, we’ve got a class with a spot just for you. Create your own personalized schedule by choosing the classes that suit your needs.
SPIN CLASSES
Join us for Indoor Cycling and exercise your way to a healthy body and mind. Indoor Cycling techniques build a strong body from which one can transition into more advanced stages, including a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a range of difficulties, from beginner to advanced.
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Strength & Conditioning is a combination of compound movements and high-intensity interval training that provides lasting fitness and enhanced endurance. This type of training involves systematic programs designed for people of all ages.
